“My name is Allen. I'm 34 years old and was a competitive athlete for 17 years. I have a rheumatoid condition that has given me back aches, tendonitis, and digestive problems for over four years now. I was able to call ahead and walk in for a treatment just moments later- quick relief from a wrenched neck last week and constant allergy headaches this week. The office is a clean and professional area where you can discuss with your practitioner why you are there, your health history, etc. The next room is a quiet, airy space with 8 of the softest loungers draped in sheets (so each customer receives a clean chair). Steve was very gentle and attentive with each needle, always gauging my comfort level and answering all my questions about the practice and my health in general. The pain that I came in with was alleviated after one treatment. For $65 (combined price of two treatments in one week) I feel like I have my body back! “I saw a flyer for Village Community Acupuncture and just decided to make an appointment. My acupuncturist was Matt. What a cool place. Who would have thought you can have acupuncture while sitting in a very comfortable lounger (in the past I've been face down on a massage table and would inevitably wind up with a stuffed up nose). My issue was a neck pain I had had for over a month. Two days after my treatment my neck pain was completely gone. For days after my treatment I felt so good and balanced. Love this place. It is very Zen. Matt is a wonderfully talented healer.
